Returns

OK accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of order in original packaging and sellable condition, excluding all special orders. In store purchases are returnable for store credit only, whereas online purchases are returnable for original form of payment less shipping costs. If you are shipping your return, you have to insure the package and contact us ahead of shipping it at web@okthestore.com. For online orders you may also use this return portal. Your return has to be insured for the full price of the items enclosed, packed well, and shipped to OK.
